No One Can Claim IgnoranceSHARK has made many and various efforts to bring this issue of criminal activity, animal abuse and government ineptitude to the state offices in charge: The Governor's Office, the Director of the Illinois Department of Agriculture, and the Illinois State Police. No one can claim ignorance--only incompetence.
