Arrests at the Larimer County Fair uncommon despite one for alleged unlawful sexual contact this year

Efforts of law enforcement agents at the Larimer County Fair and Rodeo generally keep the event running without serious incident, but one arrest occurred Sunday on the fairgrounds.
A 19-year-old Loveland man was taken into custody around 11:30 p.m. on suspicion of misdemeanor unlawful sexual contact for allegedly spanking two women on the posterior, according to an arrest affidavit from a Larimer County Sheriff's Office deputy.
The episode involving Cory Michael Scofield, who allegedly made unwanted contact with two women and was booked into the Larimer County Jail, made for the only arrest at the fair this year, according to LCSO Lt. Bobby Moll.
